Licensing Requirements
(not necessary with submission but necessary
before account is bound).
- Your agency must be registered and approved on
CoverageFirst which requires the
following:
- A copy of your E&O Declarations Page.
- A copy of retail Agency’s or Agent’s License for the state in which the account
is based, if that state is different from the agency’s state of domicile.
- A signed HCI Producer Addendum, if needed (will be requested by HCI).
